If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Due to sheer incompetence, they completely messed up my insurance claim. I was then expected to sit on hold for over an hour to try to fix their mistake. They claimed my order was cancelled it was not. Despite this, the money was still taken from my insurance. I never ordered these glasses, never received them, and now I’m stuck fighting with my insurance company to resolve a mess that should never have happened in the first place. No accountability, no urgency, and no clear answers. At this point it feels borderline fraudulent, or at the very least grossly negligent. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this location entirely unless you want to waste hours of your time and potentially deal with insurance headaches for products you never received. Absolutely awful experience

“I had a great experience with Anikta. The eyeglasses are stylish, lightweight, and very comfortable. The lens quality is excellent, and the fitting is perfect. Totally satisfied with the purchase.” Carolyn the manager was amazing. Will be coming back for me wife’s glasses.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
