- JVJulia V.5 days ago5.0My experience was absolutely wonderful! Dr. Marwan Bahjat and the hygienist were incredibly kind, friendly and professional. The office is located in a stunning historic building, which adds such a calm and welcoming atmosphere to the entire visit. I’m so happy I found this downtown practice and have already booked my teenage daughter for her new patient exam and cleaning. The whole team is very attentive to insurance coverage and limits and never pushes unnecessary services, which truly shows their genuine commitment to patient care. - WPWill PDec 16, 20253.0Went a bunch in the summer after not going to the dentist for a while. Great experience then. Super weird last experience. They asked if I wanted freezing for my cleaning, hygienist was nice but seemed very unsure the whole time, and when I told them I had tooth pain that started after my last cavity was fixed by them a new dentist came in and hit my teeth with the back of a dental pick a bunch of times before telling me if that didn’t hurt then it isn’t tooth pain. Then he grilled me on why my braces as a teenager didn’t fix my jaw enough and insisted I should get braces to fix my jaw so I could look a “whole lot better” lol. They did offer to book another appointment to check on and fix the pain for free since it’s from a cavity they filled. Maybe just a weird day for them but it made me fairly uncomfortable. I’d only want to go back if whoever was working there in the summer was working again.
