Club Pilates is truly an exceptional place! Leanne and the entire team are absolutely amazing, understanding , welcoming, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Every trainer is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly encouraging, making each class both empowering and enjoyable. The classes are thoughtfully designed, well-structured, and suitable for all levels. The staff takes the time to explain movements clearly and ensures everyone feels comfortable and confident. The atmosphere is positive, uplifting, and motivating — you walk out feeling stronger, calmer, and refreshed every single time. If you’re looking for a studio with outstanding instructors, a kind and understanding team, and truly awesome classes, Club Pilates is the place to be. Highly recommended!

I have in the past taken Pilates classes at another local privately owned studio for a number of years. That experience was an amazing one, the owner/instructor was so knowledgeable & invested in her students….the experience I had at Club Pilates was not that experience. On the plus side, the studio is clean, the equipment is varied & one uses a variety of the equipment during the class BUT if you are looking for a personal experience, you will not get that here. There is little or no connection between the staff, particularly the senior management. This has been a difficult time for me personally, my mother passed away in August after a long, horrible battle with Dementia (one of the reasons that I started back with Pilates to relieve the stress) & shortly after that, my Dad started suffering from heart failure. Twice, my membership fee was returned from the bank, but I had not used my credits from the previous month. Despite that, I was threatened with my account going to Collections. Now, I do understand having to manage one’s members & that being challenging BUT this approach seems absolutely intransigent. There needs to be some accommodation for one’s members being able to bank some credits especially when one is facing some pretty major personal difficulties - I have read in some of the comments about risky pregnancies & in my case, caregiving for our aged parents - these are situations that need some consideration. You will find no sympathy & definitely no solution from the management. Currently, I have 2 weeks that include the Christmas & New Year’s weeks to use up my credits or just loose my money…..BEWARE of investing in a membership, I do not recommend it. I give 2 stars for the cleanliness of the facility & the overall equipment & instructors which is excellent but the overall experience is abysmal. The treatment of the Club’s members is very poor.

I did a couple of drop in classes at the studio. Everything was fine. I wouldn’t say it was an outstanding experience but it was fine. They’ve been advertising their Black Friday promo so I thought “heck, what a great opportunity. I wouldn’t mind 2 classes a week or maybe even more”. God forbid you try to get pricing. I sent a DM on ig, no response. I commented on one of their posts, no response. After 3 days of not hearing back, I send an email. I finally get a response… where they refuse to share the pricing options and say i need to set up a call with the manager? Either something extremely sketchy is going on with this studio or they just don’t want me money. I found the studio in south Guelph to have a much better schedule, and guess what? They got back to me within an hour or inquiring about their pricing, in writing. Customer service is dead at club Pilates Cambridge

I was hoping to try the into class but the times offered are not condusive with an active and busy lifestyle. Early morning or late evening works best for me. I will look elsewhere

Like many other reviews here, I cannot recommend this Club Pilates studio. I had a very similar experience with the manager as was described by another previous member in a recent review. I put my membership on hold in June as I was traveling and was personally told by a member of their team that I could contact the club to let them know if I wanted to continue my membership in September. My main concern was that there were very few level 2 classes and I did not feel I was being challenged by level 1.5 classes. Ultimately, I decided to cancel my membership and tried to contact the club several times to do so. When I was finally able to reach the manager and explained the situation she refused to cancel my membership without the "30 day notice" that I had attempted to give and insinuated that I lied about a member of their team telling me I could cancel my membership at the end of my 3 month membership hold. The manager was difficult to contact and unpleasant any time we spoke. I requested to speak to a more senior member of management or the owners and no one ever followed up with me. The management of this club is unable to take any accountability or show their members basic respect or understanding. This is reflected in many poor reviews and the overall low rating (compared to other clubs nearby like Ancaster, Guelph, and Waterloo all with higher Google ratings and more positive reviews). This is unfortunate because the majority of instructors are great but save yourself the headache dealing with a very poorly managed club and go elsewhere! For an activity that is supposed to be stress-relieving and enjoyable, it created absolute havoc for me!
