Finally got that done then end of November my aids starting to disconnect and reconnect sporadically. Went to office spent hour there at least with technical people and problem was not fixed. Called back to let the know and have not heard back anything. I would not recommend amplifon to anyone as my experience has been terrible. I have to take my aids out and put it my ear buds to talk and listen on calls and shows....unbelievable.
