I visited this location on Sunday, Feb 1, in the afternoon, and the service was miserable from the moment I walked in. The body language was unwelcoming, and the explanations came across like she wanted to be somewhere else. Then came the upsell attempt, and the pricing was flat-out inconsistent. I was quoted an additional $180 for lens upgrades (from RI 1.50 to 1.60), which seemed unusually high. Later I confirmed with the Kitchener location, and they quoted $120 for the same upgrades. That’s not a small difference, and it completely destroyed my trust. If you don’t want to deal with customers, don’t work in a customer-facing role. I won’t be returning.

She welcomed me and offered her assistance when I was ready. Mansi was kind and gentle in her manner. She gave me space to look at the various glasses and helped me pick out a few that I liked. Mansi never pressured me but was completely honest with the questions I asked. She helped me find the perfect pair and explained the specials taking place in the store. I left feeling very satisfied that I had picked the perfect pair of glasses . Thank you, Mansi, for your excellent customer care.

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
