StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Appleby Village offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

A few things to note: the staff are absolutely wonderful, the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, the scheduling is easy to work around my life, and the location is convenient. As to the benefits to my body - I use this place as a mental break as well as a physical therapy session. My flexibility has improved significantly over the past several months and I know that I will always walk away feeling more limber than when I walked in. I cannot say enough nice things about StretchLab. My only hesitation in recommending this to you is that you might take a spot that I want - so don’t do that. There’s lots of other spots you can take.

I always knew that I needed to stretch more, but it was something that fell off the plate at the end of the day. The assisted stretching sessions have been very beneficial for improving my range of motion and mobility. I had knee pain in my right knee when I started and now it is greatly reduced as my body has realigned itself. My stretch therapist, Kavya, is wonderful and always makes the sessions enjoyable. I highly recommend StretchLab to anyone wanting to improve flexibility and overall movement. Give it a try.
