  I had such an exceptional experience at this location and it was entirely because of Tashae. She is truly outstanding at what she does. From the moment she helped me, she was warm, patient, and incredibly professional. I came in feeling frustrated, thinking my new glasses were broken, and she immediately put me at ease. She took the time to carefully explain that part of the frame was adjustable, something that hadn't been mentioned to me before. And she made sure everything fit perfectly. Her knowledge and attention to detail was very reassuring. What really impressed me was her level of care and professionalism. She told me she was disinfecting her hands before touching my glasses and adjusting them, which shows such a high standard of hygiene and respect for clients. Her manners were impeccable, and she made the entire experience feel genuinely pleasant. Tashae went above and beyond in every way. She completely turned my experience around, and I left feeling taken care of and valued. Employees like her are rare, she is an absolute gem and truly deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise lol)!

  The team at SpecSavers Burlington Centre were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Tashae was especially helpful to me and went above and beyond what I would expect. I found the optometrist very helpful and throughly examined my eyes. He even did more tests then was necessary when he spotted a problem.

  Great experience at Specsavers Burlington Mall. I went for eye exams for my kids and myself, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming. What impressed me most was the advanced testing. They checked eye pressure and took detailed images of the back of the eye, which I had not seen in other places before. Overall, very professional and thorough. Highly recommend.

  If you’re looking for a place to get your eyes checked and to buy glasses, this IS the place. Everyone here is so incredibly helpful and the customer service is exceptional. Tatiana is the BEST, she took our time with my mom and I looking at different glasses suited for our specific face shapes. She also took the time to explain the different benefits of the lenses. I broke my glasses and Faisal and Tatiana helped mend them. I’m so grateful for them and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

  Everyone very nice and supportive when it came to looking around the store and deciding what to get. Kristi was super helpful when it came to finding the right glasses for me, assisting and accommodating to make sure I got the perfect glasses at a price I could afford! Kristi made sure to helpfully explain everything about my choices so I could be sure on what to pick. I definitely do recommend here even if you think figuring out what glasses are best for you is hard. Trust me, they make it easy!!
