  Had my first session today and was very impressed! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! This place must be doing something right because it's very busy, almost full when I was there! It's not cheap but it's definitely a good investment in your physical health.

  I role of the “Flexologist”- a profession new to me. After a couple of sessions, I had better posture and increased mobility. Shout out to Ryan K and his knowledge of the field. Thanks to Uswah S., whose experience and strength is amazing. Recommend you try out a Flexologist today - Season’s Greetings to Jen, Kevin and all the staff!

  But there isn't just one I love! At first when I started in July I wasn't sure of the strategy ...do I see the same person every week - but I quickly realized I have to sign up for who is available when I am available and it's been great! I love all of them! Bryan and Brian and Dante and Uswah ("can you imagine pushing your foot..."), and Makayla ? And oh my I'm probably forgetting someone! I love stretchlab. Is it expensive or is it an investment? I think the latter. It's become my favourite day of the week! I always feel so great after and it's helping me through an intense period of training I'm working on at the moment. Also big shout outs to Jen and Kevin who were friendly welcoming faces right from the beginning. Top it off with a business that welcomes my lovely anxious little pup who's working on her confidence with every visit and I couldn't be more grateful for an incredible place who's become part of my self care and wellness routine. Show this one to all the practitioners who've worked with me because I'm truly grateful for all of them. Merry Christmas StretchLab family ❤️😍

  I visited Stretch Lab approximately two weeks ago, where they were offering a promotion on a complimentary scan with a stretch and a foot compression device for 30 minutes. Initially, the scan machine was not functioning properly, or perhaps if you wear sweatpants and a sweatshirt, the scanner does not perform the correct analysis. They assured me they would attempt the analysis, but nothing was done towards the end. The stretch was satisfactory, but the compression was not as effective as expected. Unfortunately, I was supposed to receive an email copy of my receipt. After following up three times with Kevin, I received only one of the two receipts to date. Each time I call Kevin, I am told that I am receiving the receipt, but nothing is ever sent. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone.
