I found this strange so I went to the Mapleview Mall location where I met with McKenzie. She didn’t jump right to a high price lens for my Meta AI Ray-Ban frames. She took the time to ask me questions including my budget. Ultimately I saved over $300 going to Mapleview rather than Oakville Place.

When I refused, he said an additional crucial test couldn’t be done, so I was forced to pay if I wanted it. I didn’t, and he withheld that part of the service. Although he gave me the prescription measurements, I was really dissatisfied. When I approached the counter, to choose my glasses the staff were extremely rude, and because of that, I decided not to proceed with them since they were not friendly at all
