I understand if they were fully booked but they weren’t as confirmed by the optical staff. Have came previous years and the girl was always happy to book us in same day if they had openings. Lazy gen z’s. And why is he wearing earbuds at work? SO unprofesh. We ended up going to a walkin-appointment at specsaver who took us no questions asked and bought our glasses there. If you don’t want our business i am sure another place would.
