My first visit was terrific the people were friendly and the optometrist was professional. Unfortunately once my paperwork was ready from my insurance provider I was told I had to come in and sign for it Which I did the following Monday I got there at 10:00 and the store was busy and they couldn't serve me right away So I came back at 10:30 and they still couldn't see me they asked me to come back at 11:00. I came back at 11:00 and had to wait another 20 minutes for them to print out the forms from the insurance company so I could just sign them Not impressed it's why they're only getting four stars I was impressed with the optometrist and her work And the staff my first visit was terrific but having the wait all that time just to sign some insurance papers was disappointing
