I had to call them down and leave voicemails to get ahold of them, every time I called nobody would answer. I was also told the glasses would take a week to arrive and the process ended up taking about a month. Very bad service.

This person then proceeded to blatantly lie to us about being unable to dispense contacts lenses without a fitting. We have both worn them previously and also ordered online without this “requirement”. All it is a an attempt to swindle customers into buying more products. Neither of us have astigmatism either. I have great benefits and this outright lie has ensured we will not be spending the thousands of dollars we have between us every 18 months. Great businesses model.
