  Our family is deeply grateful for the care and support we received from Home Instead over the past year and a half while caring for our mom, Ardemis, who is living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. From the very beginning, everyone we interacted with,was kind, responsive, and truly compassionate. During what can be a very emotional and challenging journey for a family, their support meant so much to us. We are especially thankful for Lola, who cared for our mom. She first started coming once a week for a few hours, and as our mom’s condition progressed, she began visiting on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Lola is truly exceptional. She is patient, gentle, and incredibly caring. Even on the more difficult days that come with dementia, she always treated Ardemis with dignity, kindness, and respect. Because of this support, we were able to keep our mom at home longer and know she was being cared for with compassion. Ardemis now lives at Macassa Lodge, and we remain very thankful for the care and comfort Lola and the Home Instead team provided to both our mom and our entire family. Their work truly makes a difference in people’s lives, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for compassionate and dependable care for their loved ones. 🌷

  Our Dad suddenly required 24 hour care/supervision. We were referred to Home Instead who responded immediately. His care was divided into two, 12 hour shifts for three days and the caretakers provided were excellent. Their prompt response and care gave our family a great sense of relief knowing he was safe and secure.

  We are beyond grateful for the exceptional care my parents receive from Laurie, their caregiver and Lyndsey, their care coordinator. Their professionalism, compassion, and consistency bring our family an incredible sense of relief and peace of mind. Laurie treats my parents with genuine kindness, patience, and respect, while Lyndsey ensures everything runs smoothly and proactively communicates every step of the way. Knowing they are both present, attentive, and truly invested in my parents’ well-being has made a huge difference. Their support goes far beyond basic care—it’s reassuring, dependable, and deeply appreciated, especially when I can not be there. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  I have to commend Lindsey Paton for all her patience and effort in arranging 24 hour in-homecare for my mother. The requirements changed daily and involved several cancellations of services and rebooking and rescheduling, and Lindsey was so accommodating to all my requests. I'm sure the caregivers would have been equally as understanding and supportive to my mom had we been able to move forward with the 24 hour care tomorrow, but we were fortunate to get last minute placement into hospice today, no longer requiring Home Instead. I would highly recommend to anyone needing any senior care and thank you again Lindsey.

  Great staff and service. Beyond kind, informative and helpful. My husband’s volunteer, Diepriye was AMAZING. Can’t say enough good about him, we will definitely miss seeing him every week.
