Patricia very kindly helped me and fortunately had a screw that would fit, even though they do not carry this line of frames! - BBBilly BellingerFeb 21, 20265.0I got my glasses from Specsavers about two years ago, and I’ve got a very wide head—so none of the frames in the shop fit me this time around. No problem for them. They went completely above and beyond. The eye doctor made sure my prescription was spot-on using these on-the-spot interchangeable prescription glasses that looked straight out of a sci-fi movie. Then came the drops… whoa. Blurred lines 🎶 (you know you wanna 😉). After a full, incredibly thorough exam, they even spotted a freckle at the back of my eye and said, “Let’s refer you to a specialist just to be safe.” No extra cost. Not like my actual doctor. Weird, right? I also asked for my full prescription and measurements since I knew I’d have to buy frames online (fat head problems). No hesitation. No attitude. Just “sure, no problem.” What makes this even better? They didn’t know I had just bought two complete pairs for my daughter the week before. So this wasn’t about making a sale—it was genuine care. AAA, 5-star customer service—even when I wasn’t buying frames. Thanks, Specsavers. 👓⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
