I had the old pair but the frame was bended at one end. Thing is, that old pair of glasses didn't belong to Specsaver. I requested her if she can help me because I was travelling to USA at night. She said, I will try my best and just took my glasses to the lab. She did back and forth 6 times to make sure it's fitting properly and I can see properly. She made sure my eyelashes are not touching to the glasses. Not everyone can make this type of efforts to customers, specially when the product is not yours.
