  I recently had a great experience at Specsavers BCC. It was really easy for me to book an eye exam online. Upon visiting, service was prompt and I was given care despite being busy. During my eye exam, the optometrist was amazing and explained everything to me thoroughly. Afterwards, the optician and staff were equally outstanding, offering great recommendations on both frames and lenses. They were very patient with me. My glasses have been great thus far, I will visit here again.

  From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. the optometrist explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident about my vision care. They have great affordable eyeglasses styles. What stood out the most was the excellent customer service as they went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Specsavers. 🙏🏼

  Visited this location to inquire about new frames as i just received my perception. Upon walking in i wasn’t greeted just stared at by multiple employees sitting on their phones. I proceeded to browse around and try on frames. I tried on a few and had a few questions. Employees still on their phones basically ignoring my presence. I wasn’t helped at all or even questioned if i needed help. Weird to see so many good reviews at this location when the customer service is horrible. Also noticed a similar bad experience posted about this same location, wouldn’t be surprised if the staff are faking the reviews.

  had an excellent experience at Specsavers in Bramalea City Centre. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of frames to choose from. Maryam in particular was outstanding. She took the time to understand what I needed, walked me through the options clearly, and gave honest feedback on which frames suited me best. Her patience, professionalism, and friendly attitude made the whole process stress-free. From the eye exam to picking up my glasses, everything was smooth, timely, and well communicated. I left feeling confident about my new glasses and well taken care of. Thank you to Maryam and the Specsavers Bramalea team – highly recommended!

  Visited this location on Wednesday March 25th at 3:30pm looking to buy a pair of glasses with my perception. There was barely anyone in the store. Upon walking in there were 2 ladies sitting at the tables just staring at me, didn’t greet me or ask me once if i needed help. I continued to browse and try on glasses myself. As i found a few pairs i would like to find out pricing for the employees were sitting on their phones not paying attention. I continued to walk around the store to see if anyone would assist me, still employees on there phone. Very disappointed in the customer service considering this location seems to have good reviews. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location if you need assistance in picking lenses.
