- MZMary Zontanos5 days ago1.0I went to this place for an eye exam in mid February. It was determined my prescription was slightly different and I would need a new one. They tried to pressure me to buy glasses from them which I didn't need as I have my own frames that I quite like. They said they could send them out to get the lenses done and they would be back within "2 to 3 weeks" and that they would try to get them rushed since they knew I do not have another pair of glasses and rely on them. It has now been nearly 4 weeks and I do not have my glasses back. I was also referred to a specialist for some test and received a random text with no context to go to the other side of Etobicoke and spend half a day doing an eye exam. No phone call to see what worked for me or anything. I said I wasn't coming. I then get a call from SpecSavers trying to get me to go to the closer clinic for the specialist appointment. I explained that I will not be going and I'm not happy with my experience at their clinic either. I explained what happened and my frustration at not having my glasses. I was then gaslighted by the woman on the phone who claimed she "never told me" my glasses would be in in 2-3 weeks. I said I would like my glasses and I don't want to talk about anything else. She said didn't need to be rude and she hung up on me! Great work all around guys. Really working that customer service.

The Optometrist was also top notch and explained everything even using the actual pictures of my eyes and internal nerve structure. Pretty awesome technology and staff!
