We had recently purchased glasses and in one case there was fitment issues with the frame. No backpeddling, no excuses, just pure professionalism at its best. Jake suggested they make a new set as the issues with the current set could not be resolved. Within two weeks, new set arrived. Couldn't be more pleased!
