- SZshah zai1 day ago2.0Only 2 stars as the eye exam was the only good experience I had. I didn't have time to purchase my glasses when I got my prescription. So I came back in on the weekend, tried on glasses for about 15 minutes to be ignored by staff, I was ready to purchase and knew the style of frames I wanted. But not a single sales rep wanted to speak to me, avoided eye contact and just general vibes of not wanting to assist. After about 15 minutes a white couple comes in the store and gets helped immediately. Very dissatisfied with the lack of service. I ended up walking down the hall to lens crafters, had a sales rep greet me within 60 seconds of walking in, had a lovely experience at lens crafters and was treated like a human. Yes I paid more for frames and lenses, and will gladly do it again cause it's nice being treated like a human. 10/10 for lens crafters customer service 0/10 for Specsavers. If your not white or white facing I'd suggest shopping elsewhere.

The optician was very informative, and clearly loves what she does. Truly a great experience (rarely a statement made by a guy who loathes being in a mall for more than 20 minutes)!
