    We were all but abandoned by the company that we purchased our son’s wheelchair from. There were problems with it from day one. We were referred to National Seating & Mobility by our sons O.T. They responded immediately and and quickly identified issues with the chair and corrected them. The difference in its stability and maneuverability was amazing. They care. From the person who answers the phone to Ray who came out to our house and identified the issues to Kevin who made the adjustments they care. We highly recommend them.

    Excellent sales and service staff. My mothers comfort and safety was first in the dession of what was needed for her mobility.. They have gone in great lengths to demonstrate and access her needs She is enjoying her purchases. Thank you Tina and Dana.

    My experience with NSM has been nothing but amazing. Knowledgeable about medical equipment, and programs in Ontario. We are happy that we got set up with Tina. She is great!! I love talking to her, she is very easy to talk to. All staff we have dealt with has been nothing but amazing. Everyone is very friendly and happy 😊 When I need more equipment in the future, NSM is my first call. If anyone is needing medical devices, I would recommend NSM. Thank you to all staff at National Seating and Mobility, you have made my experience easy and positive. You deserve more then 5 stars 🌟 We will be using this vendor in the near future.
