  Got a flyer about a hearing assessment. Haven’t had one, but thought as I age probably a good idea. Easy to contact. Actually got a live person vs. voicemail or automated attendant. Tre was professional and a pleasure to deal. My assessment was done by Chelsea. She also was professional. She explained what was going to happen and walked me through it. Afterwards she shared and explained my results and answered my questions. A great experience and will definitely use them for follow-up. Highly recommend. Was told before by friends - oh they will tell you that you need hearing aids. Not at all. Very data driven and just given a good assessment.

  April 2018. I received my hearing aids in 2014. That's four years of utmost caring & quality service. (The hearing specialist's name matches the month) Thanks April. Every appointment with you has made me feel valued and wonderfully looked after. Another hearing company prior to yours had left me struggling for options. I never write reviews. Just had to. I now smile as I walk and hear the song of the birds -that's the miracle of the "gift of sound!" I'm a delighted customer. God Bless you.
