I was quite confused about where I could go under my insurance, but he explained everything clearly and patiently. He even called me back later to confirm my health card number and appointment timing, and then again on the morning of the appointment to remind me. That level of care truly reflects excellent customer service. As an introvert, I tend to get flustered when I’m confused, especially since English is my second language. When I feel like I’m not communicating well, it makes me even more nervous but Akshay made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. Amber was equally polite and patient. She explained the packages and details thoroughly every time I asked and never made me feel rushed. Later, there was a misunderstanding on my end, but Amber and Ashley handled it so professionally and with such a friendly demeanor that it completely eased my stress. I may not have been the best customer today, but they were truly the best representatives. May good karma find you all every day ❤️💚
