She’ll also try to say you’re yelling and you’re being aggressive, but you’re simply talking. She won’t allow you to explain anything. She’ll just keep yelling honestly disgraceful I really don’t think anyone should go to the store.

My young adult daughter had hers for not even a week and she noticed a little nick on the lenses. No idea how it got there, she just woke up in the morning and took them out of their case and put them on. Took them back in and was told that it wouldn’t be covered under warranty and I would have to pay another $200 to get them fixed! After already paying $500 for them and that’s with insurance!! Needless to say, she’s going to wear them with a nick in them. When I told them I wouldn’t pay that price, they were taking amount off like some kind of sleazy car salesman, Then telling me $150 was the best they could do. Should’ve gone to Costco like I normally do because any Scratches, or damage it’s 100% covered to fix.

Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
