StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Aurora Newmarket offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

After the stretch I definitely felt a lot more looser and my lower back which was super tight from a competition was noticeably feeling better. I would certainly book another session.

I joined to help relieve the tightness throughout my lower back, hips and hamstrings in combination with the other routines I incorporate. The stretch a flexologist does compared to what you will stretch yourself, is like no other. My flexologist, Fatima, has worked and manipulated the strengths and weaknesses of my body to not only physically feeling better but also significant improvements with every day movements and functions.
