She walked beside me with a tray for me to set aside all the frames I picked out and made sure I saw everything they had to offer, giving great feedback and suggestions. I so appreciate that she didn't rush me and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my choice and the overall price. I was stuck between 2 frames, but because of the Boxing Day deal and discount on lenses, I could get both for the price of one and upgrade to thinner/lighter lens for my higher prescription. Great service, great value, and I can't wait for my frames to arrive.

The Opticians and assistants were very helpful when choosing my new frames and lens options, even to point out the savings for new lenses/frames vs. new lenses in my old favourite frames. I went back a couple of times for adjustments and something just wasn't right. Ling explained the warranty option for choosing a new frame rather than trying to fit and fix the current frame. I am extremely grateful for SpecSavers Aurora Gateway and am very happy with my new glasses.

I made one mistake in that I should have had my sunglasses polarized. They got them re-done and price was very minimal. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for value and great quality.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
