- CWCindi Watson6 days ago5.0I have been to many optometrists/eyeglass stores over the decades. I can honestly say I had my best experience at Specsavers in Ancaster in no less than 3 decades. All of the staff are very knowledgeable about their products and your needs. The optometrist sits down, explains things to you while showing you your scans. Heidi helped me pick out my frames and did a great job. Based on what I was picking out, she gave me better suggestions for the size of my face but in the same color scheme. My family loves them on me! When it came to lenses I was given suggestions but was not pushed. They explained why they made those suggestions but left the decision to me. I hightly recommend Specsavers and particularly this location.

Amazing new technology during exam by Dr.Kwan , no old fashioned click click optic lenses - better or worse questions, air puff on the eyeballs was very gentle. Heidi, Teresa and all staff killed it 👏.

I had an eye exam and bought two pairs of prescription glasses, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The prices are much more reasonable than other places, and you can genuinely feel how much the team cares about their work and their customers. I can’t recommend them enough — I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.
- PSPaul StashkiwFeb 10, 20265.0Went for an eye exam at Specsavers in Ancaster after my friend and his wife went in and told me to give it a try. So I booked an appt online, received a confirmation phone call very shortly after. When I arrived I was helped right away. The girls there were very nice and friendly as I waited for the doctor. The doctor who did the actual eye exam was friendly and explained the procedure as we went along and answered my questions.🙂 After the exam, as I waited for the blurriness from the eye drops for I think the 3D portion of exam, I tried on frames outfront. The 2 girls put up with me and helped me as I tried to find frames that suited me😅. At one point I even had asked for an opinion from a nice older lady that was trying on trendy styles. Thank you to her as well🙂 So the final result was, we found 2 pairs for me and everything turned out great. I'll see them all again when the glasses are in for pickup.🙂 If you're looking for to get an eye exam or looking for a new pair of glasses, I would recommend popping in and seeing the girls at the Ancaster store. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
