Our experience today and in the past has been excellent. All staff have been great. They were very patient and knowledgeable. Cassandra who is top notch, also took the time to explain the new AI hearing enhancement glasses in detail.

Great experience! Very friendly and professional staff. The optometrist, Dr. Hung explained everything and even encouraged questions. I'm looking forward to my new glasses!

Initially I went to spec savers where they accidentally broke my only pair of glasses. I explained to Cassandra what happened and she immediately found a set of frames to put my old lenses in so I had something to use to drive home. I also ended up buying another pair as their selection of frames was much better than spec savers. Thanks Cassandra!

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at LensCrafters Alliston for such an outstanding experience. Every member of your staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. What truly stood out was your knowledge, attention to detail, and the time you took to guide me through my frame selection and explain the different lens options to best suit my needs. It was clear that your focus was on providing the right solution—not just making a sale—and that level of care and professionalism is greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your exceptional service. It truly made a difference.

We had a great experience getting my husband eyes checked here. The doctor was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made us feel very comfortable during the appointment. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were very patient and helped us choose the perfect pair of glasses without rushing us. Their suggestions were really helpful, and the whole process felt smooth and pleasant. Overall, the service was excellent and the environment was very professional.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly eye clinic.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters Optique

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
