  I was skeptical because I didn’t understand what it was and I didn’t feel like anything was “wrong” with my brain. I have struggled with ADD and Procrastination my whole life. I can honestly say after my treatments I feel more at peace and my procrastination has gotten so much better. My sleep has improved and my overall focus is much better. Megan and Monica are very knowledgeable and helped me feel comfortable with the whole process.

  Our 12 year son struggled with focusing and anxiety. We did not want to try medication quite yet. We heard about Train Your Brain on the Sports Animal and after visiting with Monica and Meagan, we decided to go ahead and try the neurofeedback for our son. Monica and Meagan are extremely kind and caring! We were able to do the sessions at home which made it more comfortable for our son and more convenient since we live about an hour away from Train Your Brain location. We have noticed a huge improvement with our son’s anxiety- he was always too nervous to order his own food in public places, was not able to carry much of a conversation with adults, and struggled in school to focus at times despite having overall good grades. He would get very frustrated very easily. Now, without even being prompted, he is ordering his own food, willingly sitting and visiting by family/friends that before he would be too nervous to visit with. He is also focusing better on school and comprehending things better. Overall we are extremely pleased and thankful for the opportunity and will most definitely recommend Train Your Brain!

  My daughter was struggling with reading and, out of curiosity, my husband and I decided to do brain mapping for all 3 of us. I'm so glad we did! In 30 sessions, my daughter has shown amazing progress with focus and emotional regulation which has helped her improve in reading significantly! My husband is sleeping better than he ever has and is clearly so much more relaxed. I'm excited to see continuing improvement for both of them and to take my turn next. Monica and Meagan have helped our family so much!
