1st apologies to the staff because you all personally are amazing! Unfortunately it’s the only way to get corporate’s attention. I fought all of 2025 with Quest’s billing department. I watched everyone add and verify both of my insurances each time of service. However I would spend months fighting to have my secondary billed. On the corporate side it shows in my app but on billing only my primary. I just received another bill that in October billing said would be sent to my secondary but that insurance never received a claim for that service. I don’t have anywhere else to leave a public review. Not listed on BBB and I’ve filled out every corporate survey every time I’ve had to fight with billing. I still get no where and Quest has a lot of contracts including most Oklahoma hospitals for any send outs. I’ve advocated for a lot of patients being on the other side. Corporate can you please get your billing department together? I know I’m not the only one with secondary insurance. Maybe you need to rethink how insurance looks on the backend so both insurance are prominent? Like a step 1 and step 2 process check off? Maybe your bot needs to be trained better in the automated process? I just know I’ve been putting off a follow up as I need more labs but dealing with the billing department is a hassle. Local staff does an AMAZING job, not only are they doing patient care they are also doing patient access. A job that used to be done by two separate job titles and duties. That is not an easy task by any means, yet they greet you with a smile do every part of their job effortlessly even when it’s stressful & slammed. Please get your billing department on the same level. If your patient facing employees can do such exceptional work, why can’t the corporate side?
