    I went in, expecting your typical office visit, but I was pleasantly surprised with the courteous and Professional Employees. Went next-door to Pearlvision, and that also was a very, very pleasant experience

    Went to get a contact prescription & the doctor rushed me in and out, also he did seem bothered that I didn’t take in my old prescription because he had nowhere to start which I didn’t know I had to take it in. So after I tried my trial prescription my eyes were so strained with the trail contacts I feel like I have to wait for my sight to focus to be able to see correctly. I went back to try and see if they could recommend me a new brand and they did but I never received call for pickup. After wearing my trials I realize that it’s the prescription that makes my eyes so strained because I also ordered glasses and the prescription is even worse on the glasses I have to focus to see clear like I do with the contacts. Also when I went back for new trials they told me I didn’t pay that I only paid 25 dollars. I had to pull out my bank history for them to believe me that I did pay $100 + the $25 dollars. If I didn’t have my proof I don’t know what they would have done so make sure you all keep reciepts. (The lady that gave me the eye drops was so so sweet 🩵🩵)
