She needs to learn how to be nice and personable especially since she represents the doctor. And as a new client first time there it caused us to have a very negative visit. Never made any small talk or even ask how I was doing. She told me where to stand, sit and put my chin was the only conversation. She told me she was going to start the dilation never even asked if I would like it to decline. I was the one that had to tell her I wouldn't declining the dilation process. That seemed to really irritate her more. She really is not very nice . So I will not be returning.
