The Home Instead representative/nurse, Nicole was very professional and efficient, and she communicated with our family in a warm and caring manner. Additionally, we had a fantastic experience because of the skill of our caregiver, Teresa. She consistently had a positive attitude and a cheery disposition while helping my father. She was a hard worker and always looked for things to do around the house. Teresa was a wonderful cook, house cleaner, personal care giver, driver, and companion for my dad. We couldn’t have asked for more and were thrilled with the care she provided. She was like an angel sent from heaven!

It’s has been such a challenge for my mom to motivate my dad. Kathy has been great at having him do more self care and walking. She gets him out for drives, which gives my mom breaks. She is kind and fun and my dad responds well to her. She also helps my mom with some cleaning, cooking and driving to appts .
