The services they provide such as transportation to appointments, shopping, light house cleaning, help with meal prep, etc. have enabled Mom to stay at her independent living apartment in her home town. Her current caregiver, Alicia “Kay”, has been extra helpful with technology issues such as hosting a video call with Mom’s doctor and helping Mom learn to operate her new TV. The Sensi AI sensor tool provided by Home Instead is a bonus that has twice detected an issue needing investigation. The front office has always been proactive in resolving staffing scheduling issues and answering questions. I highly recommend Home Instead for in-home care services!

The Home Instead representative/nurse, Nicole was very professional and efficient, and she communicated with our family in a warm and caring manner. Additionally, we had a fantastic experience because of the skill of our caregiver, Teresa. She consistently had a positive attitude and a cheery disposition while helping my father. She was a hard worker and always looked for things to do around the house. Teresa was a wonderful cook, house cleaner, personal care giver, driver, and companion for my dad. We couldn’t have asked for more and were thrilled with the care she provided. She was like an angel sent from heaven!

Also the evening aide takes really good care of Mom and makes sure she is taken care of and put to bed! We are really pleased with the treatment Mom is getting.
