  Worst experience ever I had for my loved one the nurses do not care lack of their job brought boyfriends with them to work even did not come with stuff to take care of my loved one!!!!!

  We were in an emergency discharge situation over the weekend. Sharon Reed and Emily Rose went above and beyond to ensure my mother in law received the best care! I cannot say thank you enough!

  Sharon and Chaplain Tom were professional and, yet, compassionate when I needed help with in-home hospice for my sister. Nurse Bailey was gentle with my sister when she came to check on her and provided her needs. The aids that came to give my sister bath were also gentle and compassionate with her.

  Sharon arranged for excellent care for my grandpa. Her and her team made my grandpa and our family very comfortable during his last few days/weeks/months here with us. Very caring and compassionate. 5 stars!

  This place is wonderful and I could not be happier with the care and services we received from them. When my father-in-law had a stroke and needed long-term, in-home care she was our savior! She took care of most if not all of his needs. This included the delivery of needed medical supplies and equipment, physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, and so much more. Sharon was also there for us as an advocate for my father-in-law and had only the highest expectations for all of his needs. She was with us until the end and gave my family the much needed support to help us through that difficult time. I highly recommend Physician's Choice Hospice if you ever find yourself in need of such services.
