  Today we had the opportunity to visit with Tonya Jones, APRN, for my husband’s neck problem. We were impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and empathy as She patiently answered all our questions, explained his MRI, and we never felt rushed. We left his appointment confident in the plan moving forward. Ms. Jones is an asset to TB&J and we felt she went far and above for us.

  Dr. Sparks and his staff are great. His staff worked tirelessly trying to deal with my difficult insurance to get approval and Dr Sparks did a fantastic job. I’d definitely recommend.

  Dr Parchuri is a cream of the crop type of surgeon. My C4-5 disc exploded in my neck (no really good explanation for the cause), the disc expanded like an inner tube and popped with such a force it indented, bruised, and shrapneled into my spinal cord. I barely had use of my left arm, pretty bad toe drag when I would walk and my coordination was fading quickly. Dr Parchuri performed, what I’m sure for him, was a very nerve racking 3hr emergency surgery removing disc fragments from my spinal cord one piece at a time. A couple of weeks after surgery, regaining the normal use of my body felt pretty bleak. But after speaking with him at my post op, several professionals in the field and a couple of really good rehab specialists, all agree that based on my MRI’s, a CT Myelogram and the intricacies of the surgery, I am lucky that I’m not particularly paralyzed somewhere at best. Here I set 3-1/2 months later and I am back to what I feel like to be 75% recovered to my post injury self. Everyone says I was lucky but, to be honest, that may be a little true but I believe Dr Parchuri’s knowledge, abilities and very steady hands kept me from being paralyzed, at all anywhere and 100% possible for me to make a full recovery. He is very good at what he does and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to have performed this surgery. Thank you Dr Parchuri for not letting this freak thing alter my life forever!

  I have received ablation procedures and injections for lower back pain and tail bone pain for several years now and receive long term relief. I am so thankful I receive attentive and quality care from Dr. Parchuri, Lisa and staff.

  So I found this medical center which sounds very promising. My partner has really bad lower back pain, so I decided to make an appointment for him… it took 2 weeks for me to get a hold of them . I kept leaving voicemail to this lady that is in charge of “new patients and referrals “… She never called, some how I was able to get a hold of her through a different line, okay … Well I was able to make an appointment, I gave her all the information she asked for. INCLUDING the insurance information. Well we had an appointment scheduled. March 13th 2026 we received an email as a reminder of the appointment which we didn’t forget because we been waiting for this very eagerly . Well today march 18th my partner went in for his appointment and was told and was dismissed because apparently they had try to contact us because they don't take our insurance 🤦🏽‍♀️🤯. But they never contacted us and they already had the insurance information since the beginning so why! Like why!? But they still send us a reminder for the appointment in which apparently they had called us to cancel bcuZ of the insurance but again they never called us ! Not cool, now we are back on the hunt for a different facility hoping we get better luck .
