I always give excellent reviews UNLESS someone does something most egregious. I want Dr. H to know that he just lost 4 new patients due to his front desk hateful employee, 'Kendra'. Upon moving here and looking for dentist, I almost didn't choose because first interaction with her felt 'off' and controlling and then I got 'Rachel' who was sweet and accommodating, thus, I scheduled. Enjoyed Dr. H. And April. Felt in good hands. So did my husband. Over the weekend, I had reservations about a scheduled invasive procedure for today, due to a graft issue and pain right now, and called to see if we could use the time just for a regular cleaning, that I actually wanted to consult with a perio first, and I'm past due on basic cleaning because of our move. I was met with push back, not listening, frankly snotty sounding tone (unbelievable really) not even willing to accommodate me at all, nor LISTEN. I had valid concerns!! I was told "policy..blah blah". Not enough time here to explain my rationale/thinking. What dentist office would strong arm a patient like this? Further, and refuse a basic needed service in the time slot? That's what i felt like with her and she would not listen! I retired from the med field, with my own practice, privileges in 4 hospitals over my career. There are too many excellent dentists in South Tulsa. My husband and I are going elsewhere, and I contacted my neighbor to withdraw my recommendation for this office.
