  Had a great experience! Tech was knowledgeable and enjoyable. I was impressed by the latest technology and the dr asked all the right questions.

  Very pleasant. The tech was informative during the initial testing. The Dr was professional, friendly, and also informative. I never felt uncomfortable throughout the entire experience.

  The Eye Doctor was fantastic! She was very thorough & explained everything, also provided a referral for an eye Surgeon. Their pre-test & eye exam is done with the latest technology. I gave a three star because LenCrafters, I wasn't as pleased with the pricing on lenses & frames. I was informed they were part of Vision Plus, but I wasn't allotted the discount price for frames my Insurance provided. I requested refund the next day, the run around I received was unbelievable, claim their computers were down, was sent to the Woodland Hills location, they couldn't credit either because they didn't have the actual product, the following day they still claim their system wasn't working, got my Insurance Company on the line, asked the Mgr for their NPI number which she couldn't remember at the time, my Insurance was finally able to pull them up, credit was issued, what a mess! found another Optical Company who offer same designer frame, lesser pricing and better savings.
