  Love HZ and all they offer. Their spa services are amazing too! Shout out to Taylor Allen who has helped me avoid steroid injections in my back through therapeutic deep tissue massage!

  I use the steam room here and that's about it, Other than that it's a quiet and peaceful environment 😌 ☺️ which is what I look for in a gym💪🏿

  I love the massages I receive at Health Zone. Taylor really works out the knots and I feel so much better after a session. I highly recommend him! He will absolutely get rid of those aches and pains.
