His ability to care for my situation, not only just medical but my entire emotional phase of this situation, he is a listener and makes decisions to best fits your needs, I can strongly Recommend him and his great team, A team work that creates a good vibe on all weekly visits for treatment. 5-star

  My experience was very warm and informative. Love the way Dr. Kaleem explains things, not with big words, in a way we understand. So very respectful the whole office staff is wonderful. Many more visits to go to do more very good reviews coming. Actually reminds me of a Dr. I had in the state of Connecticut, such a funny and delightful man. Would refer this clinic in a heart beat. Also most important to me is wait time. I always get to my appts on time so I expect to be seen on time, of course emergencies happen. But I was seen on time and all my questions were answered with patience. Thank you Dr. Kaleem and staff.

  My mom, Dodie, was really nervous about seeing a new doctor today, but from the moment we walked in, the entire experience was wonderful. The doctor, Dr Kaleem, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took his time with her, answered every question, explained Everything thoroughly and truly made her feel cared for rather than rushed. You could see my mom relax as the appointment went on, which meant so much to me. His whole team was just as amazing—kind, friendly, professional!! It’s rare to find a medical office where you feel this comfortable and respected. We are so grateful for the care and compassion shown today. Highly recommend 🌟

  I have been receiving treatments from this office since September 2023. This is the only place I ever felt listened to and issues actually got addressed. Dr. K & his entire staff really do take the time to care for their patients. Dr. K is so fun and lighthearted every time he interacts with us in the treatment room and even if he sees us passing by in the hall. He is dedicated to making us smile and feel seen and heard. He is very passionate and intelligent and makes sure I understand everything that is happening. I am grateful for the warm smiles, the banter, the facilities, and services provided. They really make it feel less like treatment time!

  Horrible experience with this Doctors office. I had an appointment with them and firstly they texted me the wrong date, got that fixed and once the day came they told me they didn’t take my insurance. Isn’t that something they should confirm before making an appointment with me? After that they said they would refer me to St. Francis. I never heard from St Francis so I called Dr. Kaleems office to make sure that they referred me. They said that they did send the referral but it might take up to a month for St Francis to reach out to me. I finally called St. Francis and they said they never received a referral for me. I called Dr Kaleems office to ask why they had not sent a referral when they told me twice over the phone that they did? The lady on the phone then told me to get my primary doctor to refer me then. Wow! They wasted about a month of my time.
