  I experienced the worst customer service ever. I went to pick up my glasses today & there was only 1 employee who was still in training and no one else around to help her. Needless to say there was a long line. So 30 minutes before closing, Rita was still with the same customer complaining that she couldn’t get the computer to do what she wanted. I asked if I should come back another day to pick up my glasses. Rita said she would be right there. About 10 mins later, she asked me my name and proceeded to retrieve my glasses. She said they were out of the cases for 1 pair of my glasses, I said that was ok. She was trying to hurry & clean them & handed me a pair to try on. The lenses that she had just cleaned had finger prints all over them. I knew she was in a hurry & still had 3 more pairs to clean. Here’s where things really went south… I grabbed one of the disposable tissues the she had been using to clean my glasses & was trying to get the fingerprints off when Rita yelled at me that I was not allowed to touch the tissues. I said “there are still fingerprints on them. Rita said she had just cleaned them & that I was not allowed to touch her stuff. I had spent just under $1100.00 on glasses plus what my insurance paid and I am being scolded by a person with no customer service skills whatsoever. If anything she should have thanked me for helping her because she still had a line of people waiting and it was closing time. Needless to say I won’t return to this business.

  They sell you expensive upgrades and, then, "oh, we'll have to order those for you." Same day my ass!

  Ms. Rita spent well over an hour helping me select not only the perfect frame, but she assisted me in selecting suitable lenses to meet my needs. I saw this behavior repeated over and over again between multiple customers and associates! As a seasoned professional activity working in the healthcare industry I found this quite impressive. I would highly recommend Dr. Perini and Eyemart Express for their affordability, quality and absolute outstanding customer service!

  Was getting the 2pair special but told "those are for people who dont have insurancee" didnt even ask if I wanted to do the insuranceand also purchase the 2 for pair. When I went in to pick up there was a long wait for whatever needs and we watched a lady with a cane walk in. She td her to sign in. The lady asked "how long do I have to wait? I just have a nose piece that needs to be fixed" "Lyndsey" finished with the patient at her counter then bypassed the list and waited on the lady who WALKED in after all of us. When I got to the counter she (Lyndsey) lied boldly to my face and said " I. Sorry but I was just going down the list" NO SHE WASNT WE WATCHED THAT LADY WALK IN AND GET WAITED ON IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF ALL OF US. Then when I contacted Jill the general manager about my complaints. When I told her I did not appreciate being treated as if I couldnt purchase the glasses and that it would have .ade her more money at her store right? She said (on the issue of the glasses) "well the company would make more money" WOW! Let me say (as a medical professional 30+yr) that was just WOW!! Then she didnt even Care that Lyndsey had treated customers the way she did the day before. And sho2ed no concern when I told her I was contacting corporate about her store and her and that I would NEVER do business at that store again.
