  I had an extensive surgery at a different hospital 2 years ago and it has caused multiple issues including ENT issues. I couldn’t talk without an echo in my ear and I had air passing from a perforation in my eardrum through my nose which is uncomfortable, and felt like I was losing my mind over it. I met with Dr. Burdett and his staff and I am so glad I did. The staff were AMAZING. Front desk, nurses, surgery scheduler (Amanda was so on top of everything and made the process of insurance approvals zero effort on my part?, and Dr. Burdett. I needed a procedure to fix an issue that has been driving me insane since my tumor removal at a different hospital. I swore I would never have a surgery after everything that happened, but after speaking with him and his team, I decided to go for it. I had the procedure done earlier this morning and it has already sorted the issue out. They were so kind at St. Francis and Dr. Burdett came to speak with me before and after. I HIGHLY recommend his team and the St. Francis hospital team. The kindness and compassion that was shown today from admissions all the way to the surgical team has renewed my faith in medical professionals after my previous surgery. I never felt forced into anything, was never talked down to, and only experienced kindness from everyone there. I will absolutely be doing all of my follow ups and future procedures with Dr. Burdett and the Saint Francis staff. I cannot thank him (and everyone involved) enough. It’s something that may seem small to others, but it has already been life changing for me even just hours after. He genuinely gave me back my ability to hear properly and fixed what other doctors just glazed over as a non-issue or chalked up to me just complaining. If you want a team who truly cares about you as a person and not just a patient, I’m telling you that this is it.

  I think it's ridiculous that my son who has extensive ear issues and he is an established patient of Dr. Votes has to wait until May to see why he is having ear pain.

  Came in for a referral appointment my dad had with this clinic and the Front desk lady “ALLISON” was extremely RUDE! The front desk sets the tone for the entire business. On the other hand Joselline and Nataly were so nice and professional!

  **AMAZING PHYSICIAN** Went in for a consult to have septum repaired. He was very thorough and spent quality time explaining my surgery. After surgery his nurse followed up to ask how I was doing and scheduled my post op appointment. Very great staff and highly recommend!!
