  I was humiliated and totally disrespected in a very critical time in my health needs. Shannon Smith was a passive aggressive manipulative entity in this organization. She used her skills to make me look like a fool in front of her whole office lobby and staff. Shame on healthcare professionals who have no mutual respect for others. Double shame when someone is sick, hurting and desperately seeking help and she doubled down. She knows exactly what she was doing and owns every bit of her bitterness and contempt. It has been over a year since she and the office manager beat me emotionally like a crazed animal in front of everyone in their lobby. I have let my anger and emotions settle down for over a year now. Be warned Shannon Smith appears to enjoy treating hurting people as less than human. Let this speak volumes to those who are seeking an organization with front office caring devoted healthcare professionals, this is not the one. This day revealed to me why they have a 666 in their address. Never got to see the doctor for my health needs. Thank God I sought another office. Be advised, it only takes one passive aggressive person to destroy an entire office and get off on smashing a hurting person’s heart. It is my hope that she will turn from her sick wicked ways and genuinely know how important her treatment of others is.
