They refuse to see you until you are 10-14 weeks pregnant even though the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Pregnancy Association says prenatal care should start as soon as you confirm your pregnancy, between 6 and 8 weeks. I questioned why they weren’t following the recommendations and they just said it was their provider policy at their clinic.

Dr. Gibbs and her nurse practitioner Alexandra are absolutely amazing! Dr. Gibbs reviewed all my records, talked me through options, and helped me make a plan. I highly recommend!

Please note that if you are a new patient, you must arrive EXACTLY 30 minutes or they will not see you. I was told to leave even though I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment. I had waited two months for this appointment, arranged childcare, and driven all the way from Oklahoma City. I was so disappointed. While my text reminder stated “please arrive 30 minutes early,” I didn’t expect to denied my appointment just because I arrived several minutes late. Take this as a warning. I wish someone had warned me.

Worst Clinic. Don't ever go there is you are randomly bleeding to death to the point of having blood transfusions. They won't care especially if you don't arrive 30 minutes early. I'd give 0 stars if it was possible.

Thanks for making it impossible for a mother to go to a trusted doctor for her pregnancy. Even though covid is over, let's keep making it difficult for mothers with children... clearly no care for a pregnant woman trying to find the best care for her baby.. so much for being trustworthy... very disappointed. Guess I'll try hillcrest where they don't know what they are doing.
