In less than 2 years, I am on my 4th doctor. My results from my procedure were delayed by 1 year since the first doctor left directly afterwards. My second physician told me at the my appointment to reestablish a doctor that it was his last day. Then they brought in Dr. Fieker, who was wonderful and left directly afterwards. I went to another appoinment last week to re- re- establish a doctor and now I can't get my medication called into the pharmacy. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

If I could rate negative I would. Mauricio Jones was my GI last year around November December and I would never go back. You couldn't pay me to. He doesn't listen. He doesn't care. He also lied to me. He said he would have a scope scheduled for me. After he was reluctant to do so and not for any sensible medical reason. But they never contacted me. And after everything I don't want him to now. I'm still having these problems. I'm actually worse now. At my wits end. But I'd rather throw myself up to death than trust that man with anything to do with my health. He took the easiest way out from treating me. No basic imaging or scope. He's not worth the time, energy, or money. The fact I had a referral back to him is shocking. "Dr." Jones, if you see this, you clearly chose the wrong profession. Treating people means listening and actually putting in effort. I'm also not impressed by the guy that signed off on that appointment either. You guys give doctors bad names. No wonder so many people have white coat syndrome..

I don’t know how the doctors are because they won’t let me in. My doctor gave me a referral, and they called and set me up for an appointment 2 months out. They called me back weeks later and the nurse acted nasty and irritated at me because my appointment was at a time that the doctor doesn’t work! (No apology and zero accountability) So my options were book another couple of months out or do a phone visit. I told her that seems unethical because it wasn’t my fault that they gave me a fake appointment. The manager of scheduling called me back and said they would call me back and put me with another doctor. That was 7 days ago, and they never called! I ended up going into the ER due to the pain and they got me into another GI specialist right away. Warren clinic GI is untrustworthy.

Doesn't care about your health and keeps you waiting when you request them to go over your scans but they just ignore you for the past week.

Staff are amazing. Very nice and respectful of your privacy and time. Doctor listens carefully and does not discount your feelings and concerns. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing great practice and service.
