  Went in to see Anne Edmonds after being seen at an urgent care for what they suspected as possible skin cancer. This person barely examined my hand and did not listen, or ask, about any history information about my concerns for this lesion. She GUESSED it was contact dermatitis and blew it off from there. I have seen contact dermatitis and it is NOT that. No offer for biopsy or any attempt at investigation. i was an annoyance by their actions. She did call me and her claims on that phone call were completely opposed to what was written on the after visit summary. ABSOLUTELY the WORST experience I've ever had at a medical facility. Worst part is they truly are indifferent and seem to want to lay blame on the patient who comes to them seeking answers, and giving the patient NONE. I truly wish I could give negative stars for this debacle. Worst part is there is noone to lodge a complaint with.

  Very happy with care. A thank you to Kennedy who took my phone call and handled everything so smoothly and helpful. Dr E Williams great.

  My teen daughter went to see Andrea Bellasai and she was so knowledgeable and thorough . Great facility but I do agree the office staff could be a little warmer. I find that most places we go . I recommend the practice .
