I went to Warby Parker to get the lens replaced but my prescription was expired. The employee was so helpful to help me figure out what to do! I called my eye doctor and they were very difficult. So thankful to the employee at WP who made an accommodation for me so I could order new lens!! I will only purchase lens or glasses from WP. Not only do they have excellent customer service but the have great lens and super cute variety of frames to choose from!

The associate mentioned the glasses needed to be rounded a bit because they were too straight for my face shape. Unfortunately, during the adjustment, the lenses were accidentally cracked in the corners. I contacted Warby Parker afterward, and they told me that since I was past the 6-month mark, I would need to purchase new lenses myself, even though the damage happened during their adjustment. They also said they would follow up with me by email, but I never received any response. I have been a customer since 2019 and have purchased 8 frames over the years. My glasses were in great condition before this visit, and these are my primary glasses, so I was really hoping for better support from a company I have been loyal to. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider continuing to support Warby Parker.
