  At first they were great had them for year and they drop me because I we to ER and after 5 days in the hospital I went to physical rehab and they said I'm going to physical rehab too many times I went cause I want to walk again and they only do PT once week and that's not enough and they should have let me know they were going to drop from home health

  I’m giving a rating of one simply because I’m dealing with the same issue over and over again. We were assured when we came on with this agency that we would have consistency. Don’t believe it. They constantly change nursing staff!!!!

  Great experience from the first phone call to the present service. Megan Rammell is AMAZING! She answered all my questions. She went above and beyond to make sure both my parents are taken care of. I will recommend Vital Caring to all my friends with elderly parents. Thank you Thank you

  Megan Rammel has been amazing at maki g sure my mom has the care she needs. She reaponds quickly to all my questions The rest of the staff has aalso been very rsponsive and caring with me and my mom. I live 8 hours away, and having Vtal Caring provide the nursing and therapyy mom needs so she can stay in her home means the world to me.

  I am the director of nursing for Covenant Living of Bixby and Vital Caring staff have seen several patients in my building. I must say they are all amazing. My rep Megan Rammel is the best. She is very knowledgeable and caring to our residents and staff. I would recommend her services and the services of her staff any time. One thing I truly feel makes a difference with Megan is when she says she will be there, she shows up on time and full of positive energy that the residents and staff really love. She is always friendly, professional, and a blessing to those she sees in our building. Thank you Vital Caring for Megan she truly is a GEM!!
