  Worst experience ever I had for my loved one the nurses do not care lack of their job brought boyfriends with them to work even did not come with stuff to take care of my loved one!!!!!

  I wouldn't recommend traditions for anything. Where can I file a compliant against a specific nurse?

  Physicians Choice stepped in after my father suffered a stroke and provided in home hospice care for him for 18 months. Sharon, preacher Tom and RN Rhonda was the best! My father absolutely loved having them in his home. They always went above and beyond to provide care for my father and also assist with all family members through that difficult time. All three were there at his final moments to provide support and continue to follow up on the family. A+ facility and so much more than we could have ever expected. Thank you physicians Choice for your assistance during our difficult time with my dad. ❤️

  Sharon arranged for excellent care for my grandpa. Her and her team made my grandpa and our family very comfortable during his last few days/weeks/months here with us. Very caring and compassionate. 5 stars!

  This place is wonderful and I could not be happier with the care and services we received from them. When my father-in-law had a stroke and needed long-term, in-home care she was our savior! She took care of most if not all of his needs. This included the delivery of needed medical supplies and equipment, physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, and so much more. Sharon was also there for us as an advocate for my father-in-law and had only the highest expectations for all of his needs. She was with us until the end and gave my family the much needed support to help us through that difficult time. I highly recommend Physician's Choice Hospice if you ever find yourself in need of such services.
