The inserts will not help my daughter’s condition which is a temporary condition in active children and the company initially refused to refund or cancel, citing “all sales final.” I have had to escalate this through the Oklahoma Attorney General, CFPB, and BBB. Consumers should be aware and get all terms in writing before purchase.
