  My experience with outpatient physical therapy was "meh". Could certainly have been better. A lot gossiping between the therapists. It seemed like my therapist Katelyn initiated a lot of socializing. She loves to talk i guess lol! The other therapists would talk to each other briefly but not have a full blown conversation while their patient was right there. I learned some good exercises and proper posture while doing them. But after a few visits she started asking if I felt like I needed to finish my program sessions or if I could do it on my own. At first I said no I still needed my sessions. But you know how someone keeps asking you something and you can tell they're trying to persuade you a certain way. One day I said yeah that's fine. I didn't want to keep coming back feeling like she wanted to end my sessions and move on to the next patient. Maybe that's how they're trained. It was beginning to annoy me. But the next week I remembered I forgot to ask her about dry needling. I had brought it up and she said we could talk about it. I've had it in the past and it really helped. So I called and they said she was on vacation that week. I called the next week and spoke to one of staff there who I recognized his voice, he was always very nice to me. He said he would give her the message. Well weeks went by, I called multiple times and talked to different people and left messages bc I was really interesting in dry needling treatment. I could've had my PCP do another referral. She never called me back. WOW. That's why i gave them a low rating. No way did ALL the people I spoke to fail to give her my messages.

  My good friend completed treatment here. I only went one time but, was blown away with nurses and staff. Such kind people who make a really bad time in people's lives easier. Thank you for taking such great care of my friend💗

  The Starbucks cafe on the bottom floor has the best food and Rocky is a great guy! You can definitely tell he loves his job.
