  The admin staff is outstanding. They are friendly and courteous. The intake staff were accommodating. The whole process for an MRI took about one hour. Minimal waiting after checking in. They move patients through quick. You will have to fill out a one page questionnaire; bring glasses of you use them. Place was clean and fresh looking. Seats are comfortable and there’s plenty of space to wait.

  I have had several mri's at this location and I have never been disappointed with the care I've been given. I have always been treated with respect and kindness.

  Scheduling needs to be more upfront with not letting your kids with you. Especially for smaller imaging like ultrasounds. Didn’t think it would be a problem.

  They suck with single parents and won't let other kids in. They make you reschedule and cancel ur appt. I had my other kid with me due to them both having to get some type of work done at 2 different locations and refused to see me with my other kid. Never had this happen anywhere else.

  I had a CT scan as a cervical spine patient and there was no help on and off that narrow bed. The tech was also pregnant, I felt like she should have been behind the window instead of watching people struggle she can’t even help get up.
