Man for a bad situation the nurses here male and female were Amazing. We will probably/hopefully never cross pathes again , but they made me so comfortable and were so nice just want to thank them and the staff. From the nurses to the gentleman that helped me in my car to leave. Everyone there is in a tough situation the staff also . It’s a tough place to feel comfortable. And they do their best. Thank you and Hid Bless you guys .

For the most part I am very satisfied with the st Francis health care system. I only marked one star so maybe you will take notice. Otherwise I would rate you with five. One negative encounter was in the Natalie surgery office. The two receptionists were very abrasive and rude making a patient's being nervous already about their upcoming procedure worse. They sure make it difficult to ask a questions. Because you can see and hear in their voices that you bothering them. Which you think it is part of their job Second in the office Dr Corbe there is a nurse by the name of Windy Bowman. She is hateful and unprofessional. She will ask you a question then accuse you of being hateful when you answer. This is not my first experience with her I wish it was the last. If I had my choice I would never see her again. If it were my office I would I not let her near a patient. I don't think I wouldn't even allow her to answer the phones. Because I'm sure her hostility would show though. If this is how she acts in the morning I'd hate to see in the afternoon. If she is going to continue to be a representative of this office you probably lose patients. If wasn't for the doctor we would be gone. I know you probably not t taka notice of this review.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would not wish my experience on my worst enemy. There was no point being at the emergency of this hospital where my case was treated with urgency. You're better off being ill and taking care of yourself at home than coming here. I was left unattended for hours and hours, and it just felt like they just don't care to treat the patients at all. I left worse than I went in there. I am still nursing my ailment from home. If I could rate this a negative and less than 1 star, I would. This was truly terrible and painful. A tormenting experience for sure.

Don't come here if you expect everyone to be up to date on protocols. Twice I have come here for a tilt table test. The doctor who ordered the test (Dr. Hinojos) told me to be NPO for four hours before the test and to arrive one hour early. After checking in, doing labs, and waiting an hour, I was not allowed to take the test because the electrophysiology labs protocols are to be NPO starting at midnight the night prior. This time, I was NPO starting at midnight and arrived an hour early like I was told several other times. Almost an hour past my appointment time, a wonderful registration clerk (she was so helpful. No hard feelings with her) told me that the EP Lab told me to be here two hours early, which is absolutely untrue. To be clear, this was the fourth scheduled test I have had. The first two I had to cancel because of illness and for inclement weather. In total, I have been told four times to arrive one hour early and the first two I was told NPO four hours prior to the test. The lack of communication and the staffs ability to be up to date on protocols is severely lacking. This situation has been nothing but an absolute waste of time, not including being unable to eat or drink for over twelve hours.

Yesterday my mother had heart surgery. She had to be there at 630am. She arrived, was taken back to prepare her for surgery. It was scheduled at 9 so they just made her comfortable. She is in her 80's. That is not where I take issue. Once she was taken to surgery, my dad and I sat in the waiting area watching the screen to follow her progress. She had been in recovery for awhile and I had to leave for work. This was at 1pm. My dad stayed and waited, and waited, and waited. I had asked the desk where she was at in her process before I left. They told me she was transferred out of recovery and would soon be in a room. Again, that was at 1pm. My 80+ year old dad, who is of very sound mind, sat in that waiting area until 630 pm before a nutse walked by and asked him who he was waiting for. He is from a generation that does not self advocate. He trusts the process. When they have her settled they will let him know. Well no one let him know. He did not have lunch or dinner because he was waiting. He was waiting and worrying about his wife and she was in a room alone wondering why he wasnt in there with her. Your staff was more worried about personal issues or complaining about coworkers. I heard them. I was sitting right there. Shame on you St Francis. You need to do better. Way better.
