  Better to give 0 stars. Khouw and Pojoju have treated me horrible. I left crying from here twice because I have a rare endocrine condition and they are not knowledgeable but won't admit it. I was refused further testing and refused follow up appointments. If you can be seen quick and easy with simple solutions, then maybe your good...money over people. It seems they would, at least, recommend another doctor who might be willing to work with me or something.. anything.. how about a little honesty and just say. " we're not prepared to diagnose or treat this complicated syndrome instead of pretending like you know something and arguing the fact. There's newer information and they learn more over time. It's not my fault if they haven't kept up. Heartless and uncaring. I felt that these people only wanted to get rid of me. If you're an inconvenient patient...better off going somewhere else. Around a year later, I found a knowledgeable doctor but I got to suffer a whole year more because they don't care if people suffer consquences for their complicity and laziness. They're not in it because they care. Don't expect a good bedside manner either unless they decide your another easy one. Don't go here.

  I do not recommend this office at all. Dr Prabala and Dr Khouw and staff are the worst. I was told by this office I had cancer over the phone while I was in another Drs office which now everyone knows who I am and pretty much didn’t explain anything then because I asked for a second opinion I was dropped as a patient without being notified. Then I called asking why my records are not all being transferred and then the lady today Vickie pretty much told me today that there are good reasons I’m no longer in this office. As a psr you don’t do that but that’s the st Francis way in endocrinology. Horrible office
