  Schedule is awful. As a working parent its super hard to have available and the Schedule lady is extremely rude. Doctor is remote. I was asking about available days and she was just like nope nope. Then I said so only Tuesdays. I got a yup and I was like wow. The doctor might be good but THAT support staff is not 👎

  My wife sent a message through mychart with symptoms my son was having, was told they didn't know how to help and to see our doctor, doctor told us they should have known how to help. I called to find out what to do, and to give background I had to mention the above description of what transpired of the last 36 hours or so. The women who answered the phone was offended I assume and started mocking me. Speaking slowly to me as if I'm too stupid to understand her. She sarcastically apologized for "not fixing my son on the first try". Treating a father in such a way just trying to navigate a complex medical system to treat his 6 year old is absurd, and I sincerely hope she doesn't have to go through what my wife and I have gone through the last 3 months.

  Dr. Gross and staff are amazing. Dr. Gross has done 12 surgeries on me while at St.Francis. I would 100% recommend her. Dr.Gross is kind and caring not only about the neurological stuff but me as a whole. Love her!
